Success

When we work together, we’re one step closer to achieving a future where all people have access to the resources they need to live secure and prosperous lives. Here are a few of the neighbors who have partnered with us in 2025.

Partners For
the Long Haul

When we help residents purchase their manufactured-home communities, we’re partners for the long haul. In Tamworth, N.H., that meant supporting the Tamworth Pines Cooperative as they secured grant funding to upgrade their water and septic systems. We’ve assisted 31 ROCs to access $30 million in federal infrastructure grants since 2022.

Our Focus Areas

Our programs support the security and growth of people and community. Here’s how we’ve put your dollars to work since 1983.

Affordable
Homeownership

Manufactured housing remains the most affordable option for working families, first-time buyers, and retirees.  We provide homebuyers and resident-owned communities with the loans, coaching, and training they need to be successful.

Having that buffer in our savings means we can keep our rents affordable.
